The Rob K Band (RKB) is an 80s-inspired, punk-tinged modern rock power trio based in West Central Florida.
Guitarist Rob Kosinski fronts the band with his strong vocals. His modern singing style is infused with classic roots. His solid guitar skills utilize a marriage of classic Marshall tube amplification and the latest digital technology.
Drummer Lee Calderon is a solid 'pocket' player with a high level of musicianship that will keep you moving to the groove. A "lead singer drummer", unusual in and of itself, capably leads many of the band's songs.
Rounding out the rhythm section is the big man on bass, Rick Harris. His vocal ability and sense of song, in addition to a meticulous attention to arrangements, provides for a steady and reliable foundation at the bottom end.
Three lead singers with differing vocal styles allow the band to change its personality throughout the show. Each member brings his own special "front man" character, and all three are comfortable handling an audience. With stadium-ready harmonies and uncorked guitars, RKB's collection of retro-inspired crowd pleasers will appeal to classic and modern rock fans alike.
