I also worked on "unscientific exploration of the effect of light" - on plants, though, not humans:

"Die Inhaberin des Chlorophyllmandats beobachtet den Ausgleich zwischen Licht und Schatten"
(= the female holder of the chlorophyll mandate observes the balance between light and shadow)
