   About Robot Destroy

Robot Destroy was formed in early 2006 by Stephen Young and Gardiner Barber as an experiment in rock that doesn't suck. Combining two very diverse sets of influences, Robot Destroy have created a sound based upon catchy hooks, crushing guitar riffs, and eloquent guitar harmonies. It contains elements of classic metal as well as the sounds of modern mainstream rock music.

ATTENTION!
¡atención! atenção! Achtung!

The songs currently up on our site are instrumental demo versions we recorded with fake drums. The drums suck, we know. See "Help Wanted" sign for details. You may also notice the absence of vocals on these tracks. Lyrics are already written, but not recorded, the rationale being that a) it's not feasible to record loud rock vocals in an apartment, and b) shelling out money for studio time isn't worth it until we bring in other band members to complete the ensemble.

Ai everybody should do a homage to Dice Clay at least once as should they do one for Barber. Pride of Johnston RI, both I might add, infamous for their dumps. Ohhhhhh!
