This video was made by a Japanese film crew late 2006, and placed on a DVD/Magazine called "Aloha 'Ea" along with several other noted musicians and public figures. Check out the beautiful scenes of Waipi'o Valley on the Big Island (and some random shots of people wading in the river LOL!)

Aloha and thanks for visiting. Been striving for years to make good music. I really try to focus my music on Groove and thoughtful lyrics, and I think it pays off. In '06 I put out a 5-song EP, which got rave reviews AND airplay on KAPA 100.3 FM...in September '07 I released my first full-length solo CD "Better", available at all retail outlets, and online. w00t! The single "Waialua Sky" is now on rotation at KAPA, and KWXX on the Big Island, and on KPOA on Maui.
I spent seven years with the band Moemoea as lead guitarist, vocalist, co-songwriter/-producer. After signing a really bad record deal with Quiet Storm Records in 2003 (one of worst cases of artist ripoff in the state of Hawaii), I took advantage of the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the "music biz" and formed my own record label and publishing company in 2005. I then moved on to do the solo gig, playing coffee shops and Happy Hour at local bars and restaurants. I've played a lot of weddings, parties, and bars where people love my acoustic versions of old school R&B/Soul and classic island music. Since my jump to the solo stage, I've written a bunch of music in a style that I describe as "a singer-songwriter perspective, through the lens of soul/funk, and island music"... it's my island take on smooth jazz...
Now I've got a full band that I really enjoy playing with. If you enjoy the music please turn all your peeps on to it, and let me know cuz I love to hear what people think! Thanks for the love and support!
(spencer's thoughts after watching the new "where the light is: John Mayer Live In LA" DVD) i hate john mayer even more now...but oddly i love him even more now.
