Robyn Harris has a unique way of captivating and engaging her
audience that involves comedic story telling and audience
participation. She is known for arming her listeners with pots
and pans to create an impromptu rhythm section or outfitting
them with cowboy hats for her performance of her catchy sing
-a-long “Cowboy Hat.”
In the fall of 2003, Robyn played her first solo show in a small
coffee house in Philadelphia. Just two short years later, she
had released her debut album, ‘ Pocket My Pride,’ and began
touring. Less than a year after that, she released her sophomore
album, ‘ I Never…’ By 2006, Robyn had played over 250 shows
in both the United States and abroad.
By 2007, Robyn had decided to take a hiatus from the road and
move back to the Bay Area where she grew up. She pursued a
different career while still performing in San Francisco and
surrounding areas. Harris also got involved in ‘Bread & Roses’
playing at Bay Area institutions. Now that Robyn is happily
settled, she looks to 2009 to bring her passion for music and
performing to local audiences.

NOTABLE QUOTES
I am always struck by how poised Robyn Harris is for such a
young performer. She has the ability to capture a crowd’s
imagination, and to transform even the most jaded audience
into a smiling, singing bundle of pleasantly surprised paying
customers.”
~Chris Trapper of The Push Stars – Boston, MA
"Robyn Harris' music is packed with sweet melodies, with
warm and engaging vocals. Her lyrics are both introspectively
and outwardly expressive."
~ Julie Nakahara – TAXI A&R – Los Angeles, CA.
“When Robyn is on stage she has an impressive appearance
and self- confidence which draws the audience in. Her quirkiness and ability to make the audience laugh makes her live show
engaging, entertaining and fun.”
~ Kol Ha'Ir (Israeli Hebrew newspaper)
"Robyn Harris is one of the Philly acts that is working for her career. With an outgoing stage presence and a top- notch work ethic, she has positioned herself for success."
~ Jesse Lundy Talent Buyer – The Point – Bryn Mawr, PA
"If you haven't yet heard Ms. Harris… you owe it to yourself to get to one of her shows or buy her album. Very smart lyrics and sweet, meditative guitar parts provide a cohesive and slightly addictive background to the star of Pocket My Pride, Robyn's pretty, strong, this-is-what-I've-got-you- can-take-it-or- leave-it voice."
~ Anthony Caroto - Origivation – Philaphelphia, PA

A scandalous, interactive electro show involving outrageous costumes, audience controlled special effects and explosive props. MONO MONO redefines the rules between artist and audience.
Lead singer Nicki Walker has been likened to “Tracy Chapman channeling Hendrix,” with thought provoking lyrics, whiskey soft vocals, driving guitar leads and an almost other-worldly charisma.
Visually shocking and politically spicy, their live presentation is like adrenaline for the eyes and brain. Incorporating elements of new wave, dance, and rock with a decidedly queer slant.
