Rock Against Domestic Abuse, or RADA, is an organization founded by Kathy Tavulares, Eric Wolter, and Trista Detlof, devoted to promoting awareness and raising funds for Domestic Abuse charities. We do this by holding benefit concerts, art fairs, and other miscellaneous events within the community, so that promoting the arts coincides with our main goal of Domestic Abuse awareness. In the future, we hope to spread nationwide, in a team effort to prevent domestic abuse all across the U.S.

I've just sent you a Groovin Grapefruit for your Willy's Sweet Shop. Can you please send me one back? The more gifts we send the more money we can raise for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
I was sick at Christmas and didn't get to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I hope you are having a great holiday season 2008 and I wish you all the best in a rockin' 2009!!

RADA is over for this year. A long day but very satisfying. Collected a LOT of phones and personal care items and quite a few bucks for The Women's Center. HUGE thanks to Eric and Trista for organizing the bands. The stage was awesome - Packers and Badgers stages were cool. Thanks to Liz for organizing, and selling all those raffle tickets at work! Thanks to all the volunteers: GE, the band moms: Jackie, Vickie, Carla, Dixie, the band sisters Bailey and Tara, and also to Tiffany and Amber for their hard work... those little red-headed girls worked their butts off from start to finish!! See you all next year!!
