Light FM:
"Utilizing dreamy synthesizers, heavy drumming and a wall of guitars pounding awayin perfect unison, the four-piece played a flawless set of tightly-performed songs to its many supporters in the crowd." - Performer Magazine
Radars to the Sky:
"Literary and historical allusions crop up on 'Prufrock,' which sparkles with chiming post-punk guitars as Andrew Spitser confides with a Morrissey-like sense of regret, 'The crashing waves drown out all I say.' He duets with his keyboardist-wife Kate Post Spitser on 'Long Walk Home,' where his jangly guitar spirals blend enchantingly into her breathy delivery. 'Big Bang' evolves from a spacy, languid intro with its flickering scrapes of Television-style chords into an impressively stormy landscape of whirring keyboards and crashing guitars." - LA Weekly
Fol Chen:
"Fol Chen is a Los Angeles-based electro-pop band recently signed to Asthmatic Kitty, a record label known for being co-founded by chamber pop artist Sufjan Stevens. The group's debut isn't set for release until February 2009, but Part I: John Shade, Your Fortune's Made has already garnered online buzz with the first single, "Cable TV." The wildly infectious dance tune begins with a dash of sitar before digital blips and drum machine hand claps jump in, with singer Melissa Thorne's smooth vocals." - NPR

Huntington's Disease is an inherited neurodegenerative brain disorder that slowly robs the affected individual of the ability to walk, think, talk and reason. Over a 10-15 year period, the individual with HD becomes totally dependent on others for his or her care. Huntington's Disease profoundly affects the lives of both the affected individual and his/her family. At present, there is no effective treatment and no cure. Each child of a parent with the HD gene has a 50 percent chance of inheriting it. Everyone who carries the gene will develop the disease if they live long enough. HD does not skip generations. Please help us raise awareness and funds in order to provide care and quality services for those affected by HD. Get up and shout! Rock against HD!
