Mission Statement:
The Motorcycle Ministry exists to fellowship with Christian bikers and reach unsaved riders who do not know Jesus
Our purpose is to allow Christians and Non-Christians an opportunity to share their common interest in motorcycles by enjoying rides and fellowship. The ministry is a platform to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to all bikers alike.
After hearing an out pour of desire for a motorcycle ministry, a core group of individuals came together to create the Rock A.R.M.Y. Ryders on February 8, 2009. These individuals not only shared common goals and interests, but a passion for riding. They wanted to share the gospel in a whole new light; bringing the Word to motorcycle clubs and their events, a place where most ministries cannot attend. In essence, this core group is trying to reach a motorcycle community not commonly approached by “The Church”.
David and Chris began with motorcycle ministry ideas, Ricky came along and submitted an application to the church for the same ministry, and the church brought these three together to form what is now known as the Rock A.R.M.Y. Ryders Ministry. They say 3 heads are always better than 1, but they didn’t stop there…Kevin, Ida, Michelle, Cynthia, and Gustavo joined forces with them creating an “unstoppable” core group with visions to lead this new ministry. This strong group may be conceived as unstoppable, but realized February 8, 2009, that this battle was going to take God, as well as, far more leaders to conquer this journey into uncharted territories. We pray that we get a solid group of upcoming leaders to help spread the Word of the gospel in the motorcycle community.
