Formed from the wreckage of The X impossibles, Truckadelic, The El Caminos Grand Moff Tarkin, and the Plastics, Rock City Dropouts emerged from the Atlanta music scene in early 2002 and soon after were dubbed " a local super group " by Creative Loafing Magazine.
