Welp, we knew some people, mainly jamie and dave, and one day they come up to us " say fellas we make noise related musical creations dont you know, why just look at these cds and things, we MADE these things, thats us on there making all that racket, what say you to that pilgrim!"
Well our interest was peaked I can tell you what.
"Well golly, that's pretty gosh darn neat"
"yessum! we enjoy it quite immensely, we're only sad cause we don't got many friends discuss our hobby with"
"why that IS most unfortunate!"
Just then a sly grin fell over their faces.
"We just had a whopper of an idea! Why don't yous guys take it up as a hobby!"
"Well, gee, I just don't know, I aint never been much one for the creation side of anything really! cept book reports of course, we're just simple folk!!"
"why that's just silly! it's easy, I say, I say, it's easy! Look at these things here!"
And from up their sleaves they produced many wonderous things, like little keyboards that had had their insides tinkered with (poor little devils) and pedal boxes withknobs to change the shape of the waves.
"just you little ones fool around with these things and see what you might do!"
Well with such a generous offer, it would have been right rude of us to not at least give it a shot, so we sat down to see what sounds we could coax from the boxes and things.
Thus rocket pony! was born. Darcy dove head in with the little keyboards microphones and circut bent kid toy's, mike a little later when he discovered his life partner the smapler and delay pedal combo ninja! I (ken) hung around too abusing my guitar with large magnets and running it through as many distortion and overdrive pedals i could get my hands on, jamie was there sometimes.
We got together and praticed (jammed as we musicians call it) a lot, and recorded it all. Email us if you want some of the recordings, we've got quite a lot.

aw haha yes i agree, jamie is incredibly rude for not introducing us! im not sure if you guys are playing again tonight with jamie/fossils, but unfortunately i am not able to make it. hopefully i will be there for the next one!
