About me:
I got my nick name Rocket Robin from my days as a pool and snooker player. I was once an England "B" player and also captained the Lincolnshire County side at pool for three years. I also played for the East of England team. At snooker I got to the Pontins junior Semi-final in 1977 before losing in a closely fought match against Jimmy White on the final black of the final frame, having knocked out Neil Foulds in the Quarter finals. I was a member of the professional pool players association in the early 1980s for a few years.
In 2001 myself and my wife Carol set up our business Dolly Char Ltd followed by Dolly Char(UK)Ltd in 2004. At present it is going from strength to strength with new branches opening frequently as we are franchising our company nationally www.dollychar.com. Local people might spot whom the model for our logo was!

I have many hobbies amongst which are history in particular ancient,travelling around the UK and abroad (my work takes me far and wide), photography, website design I created my companies own site and also I have a family and local history and news site that can be found at www.banovallum.info and which I try to update on a regular basis + many other interests.
