Double Entendre is one of the newest, most energetic rock quintets to hit Central Pennsylvania. The band was originally formed between three roommates at Lebanon Valley College who shared a similar passion for music in late 2006. With JT Fredlund as lead guitarist, Brian Dempsey on vocals and percussion, and Carmen Forte on bass, Double Entendre began playing at various campus events. Looking to expand on their original material, the trio recruited lead singer Phillip Freeman and rhythm guitarist Brad O’Connell in late 2007. After a few practices and a couple of late jam sessions, it was clear that Double Entendre was coming into its own as a powerhouse act!
Within less than a year, the band’s high-octane style and originality landed shows at some of the hottest, major venues in Central and South Eastern Pennsylvania. During the same timeframe, the band has had the privilege of sharing the stage with Captain of Compliments, Letters For Lovers, and the acclaimed national rock bands, Mae, Just Surrender, Jet Lag Gemini, Motionless In White and The Casualties
Double Entendre’s members owe these achievements to their devoted fans and the support of loved ones, as they pursue their education while maintaining a deep passion for writing, touring, and performing. Double Entendre is proud not only of their recent accomplishments, but also the fact that each member is dedicated completing his education at Lebanon Valley College.
Rock Hollow Records had the privilege of working with Double Entendre after they won first place in the Lebanon County Under-20 Festival’s Battle of the Bands in 2008. In late December 2008, on break from their studies, the band recorded their latest album, “Love in Ink”. Possessing a passion for their work and a professionalism often unseen in such young individuals, this group immediately got down to business and recorded the album over a course of five days. Comprised entirely of original material, “Love in Ink” is filled with high-energy music along with heart-felt and thought-provoking love songs. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed working with these young men, and we are proud to be a part of “Love in Ink”. We look forward to working with them in the future!
We all agree that Double Entendre is THE group to watch for, as we believe they are here to stay. Peyton Turner
Peyton Turner was the lead singer/songwriter and keyboardist for the late '80's - early '90's group Twist of Fate. It was this band that brought together the power duo of Peyton Turner & Tucker Carr, CEO of Rock Hollow Records. The two continue to work together today.
Peyton has continued to progress in her entertainment ventures through several years of solo bands, songwriting and most recently notably as the “Rocker Chick” on Rock of Love 2 with Bret Michaels. Bret made it public to the nation that he thinks Peyton has "phenomenal talent" and a "beautiful soul". Two great attributes that Peyton appreciates very much coming from a rock legend!! During a recent Rock of Love 2 Reunion Show, Peyton was able to perform her hit single “We Rocked for Love” (available on iTunes) for over 4.5 million viewers as a tribute to Michaels himself. Bret has made it clear that he intends to help Peyton promote her music by producing several of her songs.
Most recently, Peyton has been appointed as the Official Spokesmodel for OUTLAW GUITARS! She will also be making another reality show appearance. This time she will be the lead female co-star in a musically driven series focusing on her passion; ROCK-N-ROLL!!

The debut release from "TWIST OF FATE, fronted by female vocalist, Peyton Turner, was influenced by such artists as Heart, Fleetwood Mac, and Led Zeppelin.
