About me: I feel fortunate to have a vehicle to share new music and classic gems that fell between the mainstream cracks with thousands of people each week. I love live music and see bands every week in the NJ/NYC area. There are many talented artists in the area and passing through town every week. Myspace and other newsgroups I belong to, are constantly bringing talented musicians to my attention. I get great pleasure passing the word along about these musicians via their music over the airwaves and internet.I have had the privilige of doing a blues based radio show called 'Rock-it Science' on WNTI in Hackettstown NJ for the past 7 years. You can hear it every Thursday 8-10pm EDST at WNTI.ORG and 91.9 FM in North Jersey and NE PA. I am told we have over 50,000 listeners a week but really don't know how many of those hear me. Management has been very kind to me. I produce my own show and do occasional interviews. Some of my musical heros that I have had the pleasure of interviewing via phone or in the studio include John Mayall, Mick Taylor, Kim Simmonds, Snowy White,Mick Clarke, Ian Mclagan,Robin Trower, Chris Youlden,Sonny Landreth, Jackie Lynton, Carla Olson, Barry Goldberg, Johnny Winter,Jay Geils, Todd Wolfe, Rick Vito, Tony Joe White,Ian Parker,Shaky Vic,Carolyn Wonderland, Little Freddie King, Dave Mason, Elvin Bishop,Billy Hector, Peter Karp, Jeff Pitchell, Buddy Whittington,David Malachowski, Jon Paris, Nils Lofgren, Joe Yuele, Rod Price, Jim McCarty [ Yardbirds],Mark Andes, Geoff Achison,Studebaker John, Dave Walker,Hank Van Sickle, Jim Ehinger, Prof Louie, Bob Welch, Bob Weston and others. Having grown up going to concerts at the Fillmore East and Academy of Music in NYC during the early 70's, my introduction to blues was via the great British blues/rock bands of that era. The groups that left impressions that remain to this day are Cream, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, the Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac and the Chris Youlden/Lonesome Dave/ Dave Walker era Savoy Brown. I have come to love the Chicago blues masters who had influenced them. A great situation exists for me at the radio station. I am able to play the music that hits me between the eyes with no regard to any commercial or financial constraints.Just the stuff that strikes me as genuine. I feel that people just need to hear this music to like it. I hope you agree. Help spread the word Cheers, Greg

We would love you to be in it, but you are a bit far away!
