Rebel Starr, the New York based group which features Back Wordz (NYC) and Likwuid (SC), will introduced long awaited video "Look What I Can Do" to the galaxy with special guest appearances by the super-spectacular Brooklyn starr Fresh Daily and electro-celebrity Baron! The evening will blend hip-hop music that strays away from the mainstream dance craze, shuns "gangster-isms" and violence, while not quite embracing the newly formed hipster rap or cliché' bubble gum pop styles. Doors open at 9pm on Saturday, August 30, 2008, at SpotLight Live (1604 Broadway @ 49th St.) with the show commencing promptly at 11pm. Tickets are $12, but $6 on the guest list. Each attendee will receive a free Rebel Starr Mixtape. To complete the night there will be a mini-fashion by New York based clothing line SteriotypeUSA.
