I've gone to Rock the Bells for the last 5 years and I can honestly say, this year you guys blew it! The facility sucked, the stage set up sucked, the VIP treatments sucked! 2 meet n greets, seriously, WTF? I only can wish that things change for next year or else I'll be a no show! I got to see Lauryn Hill, which was the only good thing I can say! ...be forwarned, lot of angry folks out there that spent some good money to get really nothing in return!

Dude, Change- awesome fucking show this year. Wu-Tang Clan performing the entire 36 Chambers was amazing! May I make a suggestion please- do something about the food and beverage situation next year. Making people wait in line to get a card to put money on to buy beverages and food with, then waiting in line to get your ID checked so one may buy an alcoholic beverage, and then actually going to buy food/beverages (alcholic or otherwise) after one gets their ID checked is uncool dude. Let the people in attendace use cash next time please- it's much quicker on all of us and allows us to actually watch the music at the festival instead of waiting in line at the festival to buy food and beverages (especially when it's nearly in the triple digits temperature wise) while missing the music. I know the Events cards may be safer for you, but it's much more time missing the music on the fans'/attendees part. A guy in line waiting next to me nearly dehydrated in the hot heat at around 5:45 p.m. at the San Bernardino Rock The Bells fest. He would have went and simply got a beverage to cool his body down, however he had to get an Event Card first and nearly overheated in the process. For the sake of us fans and people in attendance at next years Rock The Bells, please allow us to simply use cash to purchase food and beverages. Thanks! Keep putting on an awesome show!

Rock the Bells bay area yesterday: Sound quality was no good at main stage most of the day (vocals practically inaudible, beats muffled). This was my experience from what I'd think would/should be good seats, front lower left of stage (10 rows back). Sound quality at paid dues stage was good (as it should be). Unbelievable/unaceptable to have such poor sound at the main stage of an event such as this. This event needs to be at the same level as other major music festivsals (ACL, Outside Lands, etc). I'd say use these other events as a model and Rock the Bells would be much better off. Mostly just needs better management (bad sound and sets completely off schedule are unacceptable), but would also benefit from a better venue/setting and better food. With mutliple stages acts need to start and finish on time as published. Props to Rock the Bells for trying to make a major hip hop concert, but unless things change I definitely won't be planning to attend again.
