The Main Event likes to rock and they like to roll. They have many accomplishments thus far and they include:
-Winning Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands (Warped Tour 2007)
-Selling over 1700 copies of their CD to date, with no distribution.
-Toured the Czech Republic (December 2006 and December 2007).
-Licenesed their music with both MTV and Speedvision.
-Sacramento's Rock Station 98.5 "Artist of the Month" (December 2006).
-Songs used in over 10 national selling DVD's, such as "On The Pipe 2" and "On The Pipe 3" with artists Rise Against, Pennywise, and Strung Out.
-Songs played during a live airing of the Dew Action Sports Tour on NBC.
-Songs have been played on almost a dozen National radio stations.
The Main Event was formed in 2005 by Supercross racers and brothers Daniel and Vincent Blair. The band has been on a break for over a year now but plans on releasing new music by the end of 2009. Stay tuned for more info soon!
