Heading into its 4th successful year, Boost Mobile Rock the Schools will be kicking off in May 2009 with three emerging Aussie bands to take to the stage of 70 High Schools around Australia.

The 2009 Line up is:
The Take: True only to their passion for playing infectious pop music The Take are a band not to be classified or pigeonholed delivering an original blend of pop rock driven by keyboards and huge vocal performances.
Claire Clarke: This Australian pop-punk dynamo has captured the high-spirited, full throttle energy that she loves to unleash on stage. Claire is a passionate singer/songwriter with an ear for powerful magnetic pop melodies.
Stone Parade: Stone Parades inspiring blend of melody driven rock and compelling lyrics reveals a band with a sincere interest in the world around them coupled with an energetic and explosive live performance.

The tour will commence with pop rock act The Take who will be playing live to thousands of Victorian students. Robb Mitchell from The Take said "Rock the Schools is a perfect platform for us to release our first single "Hollywood". Kids are so receptive and we think they are going to eat "Hollywood" up. Rock the Schools has given us the opportunity to launch our music to a under 18's audience."

Claire Clarke and her band will then rock the halls of NSW High Schools with Stone Parade bringing their killer live performance to schools across NSW and QLD.
