The group Zarb was born in the year 2004( in september). It was composed of Christian,Vladimir,Miles, Gabriel (a singer),and Loic (Vladimir's cousin,a bass player). The only aim of the group was to have fun with friends, pretending to play "music". A couple of months later, Loic had to move to the south of France, so he was replaced by Nicolas, a friend of all the members of the group. The group yet began to feel a real alchemy, and a profound and overwhelming desire to really play music, our own music, our vision of the world in a sense. Gabriel soon realised he didn't quite really like the way it was all going up. He decided to leave the group because he just liked it when it was "fun with friends", whithout any serious aftermath. So, we decided we would all sing ,dividing all the songs between Miles, Vladimir and Christian. But neither Vladimir nor Christian were really keen on singing, and Miles felt he was beginning to really enjoy it. The vocals were thus entirely given to him, with back vocals by Vladimir and Christian when there are any. The group was really working that way ,"we thought we was pretty good", we began to compose more and more, and it looked the way we meant it. In august 2006, the band moved to Germany, to play a few gags. Something really strong happened there: we were appreciated by the audience, and we definitely enjoyed playing, composing and performing shows together. Since then, ideas keep on coming, the group keeps on working hard and good, and we feel like we really LOVE it. We're just a group of rock n roll, destined to do a revolution in the world of Music. After all, someone had to do it, hadn't one ?

Hey au fait Zarb, en voyant que vous mettez vos photos d'anciens concerts, si ça vous intéresse, il me reste toujours les photos de l'époque de Jussieu et de Choisy le Roi...
Ca va ca va pas la peine me narguer avec vos guitares et vos pintes à 2 euros. J'ai pas trop le choix. Enfin si, j'avoue: j'avais le choix entre sacrifier votre concert ou celui de The Do (et 2 autres groupes) qui a lieu ce soir. J'ai conservé The Do... je saute sur l'occase tant que leurs concerts restent à des prix raisonnables. Je pense que ce choix se comprend très bien. Et puis meme si vous comprenez pas, ben... FUCK!!! Je vous écouterai en 2008. promis! Vous n'aurez qu'à me dédicacer une chanson demain soir pour exprimer tout votre regret de mon absence... hi hi
