A session musician originally based from Los Angeles who later migrated to London, England, “rod” has played, written & produced for a host of various artists. Sirrah Music International presents the long awaited forthcoming release “Travel in Peace” by artist/producer “rod”, the follow up to 2002’s “Chameleon”. In the past eight years, “rod” has concentrated on writing and producing for various other artist including the international music award winning projects; “By the Book” and “Portraits From A Storm” (by spouse) Aloa Harris. Aloa Harris A native of Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, Aloa migrated to the United States as a child. Early on, it was the church that gave a foundation and platform for this artist to develop into a unique vocalist. Aloa’s expertise of harmonies, melodies and vocal arrangements, would soon be requested by various churches, choirs, chorals and recording artist via studio sessions, concerts and workshops. In January 2005, Aloa, who is also a dynamic speaker, received a certificate in Christian Ministry from Hope International University, which will play an integral role in the 2006 release of the much anticipated debut album “By The Book” produced by her husband and artist/producer “rod” in an effort to share the Gospel globally (Matthew 28:19-20) and showcase her vocal ability in this inspired musical translation. Already an International Music Award winner, Aloa has picked up 3 nominations for the 2010 Marlin Awards for the 2009 release of "Portraits from A Storm". .. .................... .. ..
