IT pisses me off when i hear a band tell me about gigs they've played where the engineer didn't give a shit and the sound was terrible – when you ask the Soundman for a bit more vocal in the monitor and it's as if you've asked them to hack a finger off!
The sad fact of the matter is that every single band i have worked with in the last year (over 400!) has had a bad experience at one time or another when playing live – what the fuck? - there's no need for it!!
The solution? - get me to come to your gig and sort that shit out!

Just a wee message to say thanks a million for the weekend session. The sound on the track is awesome in every way and as usual we all enjoyed a relaxed and fluid process. Hopefully we'll be back a bit sooner next time.
Alright Roddy? Hows life at the Tollhouse? Just emailing about recording soon as we still have to record for the film. We're looking to do 3 tracks to a pretty high standard but our budget is pretty small so if you could give us a rough quote on how much money and time we will need to spend that would be excellent. Also we are able to do it during the day during the week if its any cheaper and more convenient. We'd be looking to do this at the end of july start of august if you are available.
