Fans agree that JUZCOZ combine bold and innovative sounds reminiscent of Outkast, the calm yet comedic flow of Devin the Dude, and the fashion forward style of Kanye West.
JUZCOZ is a Houston based duo featuring Roderickvonn and Chilawil. Their music is a well balanced blend of Hip Hop, Electronica, Funk, R&B, and experimental genres, creating a sound of their own. JUZCOZ is currently in the studio working on their latest album and performing in venues all over Houston
While under the name SHOWOFFS, this creative duo has proved that they can move a crowd, especially the ladies! On April 14th 2007, while performing at the Black College Expo( Reliant Stadium), students sang along as if they were performing Christmas carols. The duo raised more eye brows when they rocked the Fall signature Essence Fashion Show, and continued success with fans as the opener for Fat Pimp ( who currently has a hit song on the 97.9 the box ) at the TSU fashion show. Just to name a few. They are featured on BET/KFC Pride 360 hitmakers compilation ( www.kfchitmaker.com ) and the Chevy Car Show Mixtape ( @ The Los Magnificos carshow and concert ). This is a very diverse and multi-talented group. Roderickvonn is a rapper/ producer, who displays a raw yet smooth flow on the mic and creates an original sound with every composition. Chilawil is an mc/producer, who utilizes every inch of the stage during performances. He is also a fashion designer and stylist that makes sure the group sets a trend every time they step on stage. JUZCOZ strongly believes that entertaining and interacting are the most important part of the performance.
