Alien Left Hand -- What the critics say:

“…an album fizzing with fresh ideas and delights, an exhilarating musical journey .. with brilliantly original writing and inspired playing…” -- Helen Mayhew

"At last a follow up to Janette Mason's sparkling debut as leader. Alien Left Hand ....was well worth the wait…” Production **** Performance**** -- BBC Music Magazine

"Every track from the rhythmic ‘NY Cab Ride’ and restless ‘4 Wheel Drive’ to the brooding ‘Mae’s Song’ has a terrific hook but it’s the way Mason switches tempo and moods that makes ALH great fun." -- Diva Magazine

Thank you very much for your friendship!

Have you ever heard of Armenian legendary DUDUK (a reed instrument made from aged apricot wood), and how it mixed with a modern Big Band technique!

If not you're in for a big SURPRISE ! ! !

Listen and enjoy the incredible WORLD-JAZZ Mix on our page.

Hello Rod. Have you thought about asking Jeremy Clarkson (him off the telly) to join your band? He's very tall too. You could make lots of jokes about him and Richard Hammond (not the one off the telly, but with the same name as him off the telly) and the fact that he's got the same name as him off the telly. Everyone needs a gimmick. Goodbye. Nelly (The Element) xxx

Rod-

Yeah man, I dig "Bent" a lot. "Bowlegged" is such a hip song... Bob Berg sounds great on it.
