The polytechnic synthesize the profile of Rodrigo Farinha aka Faraz, or even Othonomix. With a great talent, Faraz combines a career as a DJ, producer and journalist. He is the pioneer in electronic music producion in Mato Grosso (center east Brazil). Faraz represented the bands Juke Box (pop rock) and Papo Amarelo (acid jazz) in his teens as singer. As a DJ, was resident of the legendarys clubs "E-club" and "Floor" (first and second electronic clubs created in Mato Grosso - Brazil).

Faraz is among the few brazilian artists wich played with a Sinfonic Orchestra. The presentation happened on April 25, 2008 in Cuiabá. Among the songs presented by the artist is the track Mané Vigário, production made in partnership with the djs and producers Ilan Kriegen and Rafael Araújo. Nowdays he's the owner of the label Pantano Beat Records.
