    just about anything with a good tune. i'm somewhat into 70's country music, but also enjoy listening to some rap, hip hop, and rock music. although i have been known to listen to classical music or celtic bagpipes while i study or read. you can check out a few of my favorites in my videos section!

    eddie and the crusiers, wanted, the austin powers movies, van helsing, twilight, interview w/ a vampire, blue collar comedy ( all of them)

    csi, forensic files, first 48, cops, american justice, crime 360.

  • Books

    almost anything to do with sewing, gardening and crafts. i also like reading anything on forensics, criminology, american history, legal issues and/ or environmental concerns. my favorite book of all time has got to be hope's edge the new diet for a small planet by Frances and Anna Lappe. of course i couldn't live without my moosewood cookbook!

  • Heroes

    i would have to say my biggest heroes would have to be my boys. joey, john & danno only because they taught me that no matter what happens you can pick yourself up and still enjoy life each day.

About me:

married 10 years to hubby rod ( see him in friends space) getting ready to move out of California in the next few months because there are no jobs here in this part of the state. Hubby has wanted to move out of state for some time, looking seriously at West Virginia since that is where my dad is from. But are also looking into other states closer in so that we can at least be closer to our sons John & Daniel who live in Auburn, Ca. i'm thinking maybe moving to somewhere in the mid west, but at this point i'll just shoot for out of california! we live in our travel trailer with our cat Bob ( i call her Boo Boo) on property in the mountains of northern california. have been living the full time RV lifestyle for close to 12 years now, and are enjoying almost every minute of it. ( it can get kind of hairy during a wind storm) we may not have much but what we do have isn't owned by a bank or finance company and that is one thing that we are extemely proud of although i'm bi sexual i'm in no commited relationship with a female at this time. just broke up with my last girl friend because of her alcoholism, doesn't matter how much i love someone i will not put up with alcoholics!

Who I'd like to meet:

i would love to meet sophie b hawkins, she is an awesome singer and has the mature beauty that i hope to one day have!
