Our duty is to be the front line in the defense of OUR freedom. We have grown sick of the slow death of the once proud nation of America. We realize The Bill of Rights is our birthright and WILL NOT roll over like dogs and let the liberty stealing, gun grabbing, totalitarian, N.W.O. puppet government make us their subjects & slaves anymore. Our goal is to band citizens together to resist the strong arm tactics of an oppressive government and to ensure the return to a truly free constitutional republic, as it was meant to be.
We are built around many different autonomous supporting groups and individuals under one organization to gain strategic and tactical strength and to become an undeniable political and, if need be, an overwhelming fighting force to reinstate the Constitution, restore the republic and demand the true ideals of the founding fathers of this country be realized. It is the duty of every citizen to resist and deal out brutal retribution to the traitors of this nation.
The R.N.E.M is structured very different than a traditional militia. They tend to use WWII command structures that breed infighting and use Cold War tactics that will be horribly outclassed on the modern battlefield. We have no "leaders" (explained in some detail in the handbook, read & download here The R.N.E.M Handbook 2) and only look to the father chapter for guidance and advice. No commands come down from any higher than the local level. There are very important, specific tactical and security reasons for our set up that have been battle proven by our chapters in Ireland and our chapter in Kosovo. We spent much time and research on coming up with a superior, modern way of fighting a domestic conflict and a message and ideology that can spread like a virus. The whole point isn't for YOU to die for your freedom, it's to make THEM die for YOUR freedom.
Forming new autonomous chapters of independent fighters hinders agent provocateurs and informants. We will assist you in forming a public R.N.E.M chapter (read below if starting a closed/underground chapter). We would much prefer to have 1,000 independent chapters of 5-15 men each under independent control rather than 15,000 men in one, centrally commanded, easily infiltrated, easily destroyed, unit.

Rogue Nation Militia Public Chapter:
The purpose of a public chapter is to pursue tactical training of chapter soldiers, public communication, propaganda, political agitation and preparing select local like minded citizens willing to defend the Constitution & Bill of Rights in offensive actions. Public chapters only recruit after intensive review of the interested person by the chapter in question. A public R.N.E.M. chapter must work on local political action. You should compile dossiers on local politicians, judges, lawyers, and police. Everyone has something to hide. Find it and distribute those dossiers as widely as possible. Tell the public about corruption and never let an opposition politician have a private life. You run R.N.E.M members for public office and infiltrate ALL the political parties at the local level even if it's not your political affiliation (secretly if need be, infiltration and conspiracy can work both ways). You inform the masses about tax law and show them how to keep their paychecks secure from government thievery. Start Constitution and Rights awareness classes. Campaign loudly against every single tax increase. Fight aggressively ALL infringements on our liberty. Tell everyone where policemen and judges and tax collectors live. File or help other people file lawsuits against government officials. Form your own news service via e-mail, web pages, Internet radio, blog groups and political web forums. The government is greedy and it's minions are corrupt, use that against them. Make it far too costly for the traitors to operate. Inhibit their profits in any and every manner possible. publicly call out (always using indisputable facts) the traitorous crooked pro-big government politicians, lawyers, judges and their jack booted police thugs. Remember though, those people who have gone above-ground may not be able to find new cover, not in police-state Amerika. You may fight or run but you can no longer hide.
Rogue Nation Militias C.U. (Closed/Underground) Chapter:
Composed of 1-12 tightly organized people. The purpose of a C.U. (closed/underground) chapter will be to gain all useful knowledge and become proficient in the tactics of guerrilla warfare, sabotage, assassination, intelligence gathering, infiltration, clandestine communications and psychological operations. A C.U. chapter is formed of loyal friends of long standing or trusted family members. They are very secretive and don't usual communicate with other chapters. They are free to use ANY means necessary to ensure their security and protect liberty. After forming they break contact with the organization as a whole. They follow the Rogue Nation Militia's ideology and operate totally independent and secretively. If this is the type you are starting refer to "The R.N.E.M Handbook II." to learn how to set up and operate. No further communication is needed after that point.
Both types adhere to R.N.E.M structure, traditions, symbolism, ideology Mission Statement and tactics to keep cohesion of cause and strength of heart. It builds an acute sense of loyalty within the chapter and brotherhood amunst the R.N.E.M community. We have been described by outside sources (Partisan Press Dec, 2007) as a "New Patriotic American Subculture" and as "The modern equivalent of a Warrior Society".
