4-Time National competition winner, Downbeat Awards, Roland completed his 3rd Masters degree at the New England Conservatory of Music. Videos 1: composed and conducted by Roland R. Davis; written for Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra member, Ted Nash; premiere New England Conservatory of Music Below: Video 2: Vocals And Arrangement, Roland R. Davis vocals and arrangement, Roland R. Davis. Original, contemporary and recompositions of traditional big band works, including a piece written for Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra member, Ted Nash, as well as a recomposition of J.S. Bach's fugue in G minor (BWV 578) and works for poets and vocalists will be on the next graduation recital, May 9th at New England Conservatory ;

I have no idea what I did right in a past life to get Roland to work with me, but I'm glad I did and should do more of it in the future.

Roland's music is like he is: carefully thought through without being artificial or fussy, a whirlwind with a calm center.
