In the 80's I liked Judas Priest, Scorpions, MSG, Yngwie Malmsteen and many, many more...

After a long break from Masterplan and a year of producing other bands in my studio in Slovakia, i am finally back to the Masterplan track;-)
It was a great and really busy period and I can say, that I feel more inspired than ever before and I'm really excited about our new MASTERPLAN release..
IT WILL BE A KILLER ALBUM!!
Thats all I can say and promise right now;-)

MASTERPLAN'S last album MKII was voted "RECORD OF THE MONTH" in March issue of ROCK HARD Germany, ROCK HARD Greece and MINDVIEW UK !! "Over The Top- Album of the month" in BREAK OUT and nr.2 in ROCK IT!

Roland
started playing guitar with 12 and had his first gig at school. He did his first 2 records with Rampage in 1979 and 1980. He joined Helloween in 1988 and stayed for 12,5 years.
In 1997 he did his first solo album calls "Four seasons of life" with the guest musicians Ralf Scheepers (Vocals on Track 07)and Axel Rudi Pell (Guitars on Track 02).
2 years later (1999 he realased his second solo album with name"Kaleidoscope"
Since than Roland worked with many great artists and gave his amazing and unique sound to many bands.
Him and drummer Ulli Kusch were with the German melodic metal band Helloween until autumn 2001.
Shortly after they make up togetherMASTERPLAN, a band that have drawn attention to themselves even before the arrival of their debut album.
The band made very good impression with their two albums;Masterplan, 2003 and Aeronautics, 2005.
Masterplan, Aeronautics and MKII has reached great press reactions!!
