Rolling Thunder has started doing a Build-A-Dance to make DJ packages more customizable, and starting at the low price of $400:

PARTY PLAN #1- Includes a professional DJ for your party, mixing up to 3 hours of continuous music and your favorite requests through a state-of-the-art sound system. Includes small light show. ($400.00 Minot Area Only)

PARTY PLAN #2- Includes a professional DJ mixing up to 4 hours of your favorite music and requests through a state-of-the-art sound system. Includes large light show, sub-woofers, and EFX (where permitted). ($450.00 Minot area, $550.00 Bismarck area)

BUILD A DANCE- Each additional hour of music ($75); Concert sound and lighting package (for audiences of more than 500 people) ($300); Mirror Ball (FREE); Karaoke added on to one of the above packages ($50); Video screen and Projector ($150); Activity package (call for details); Each additional non-music hour ($50) {This is for locations other than Minot where you want us setup by a certain time. We give you one hour, ex: if we start at 8PM, we will be ready by 7PM.}

Custom Packages available by request. Tell us what you would like, and we will make a custom package for your special event. We also have three packages to choose from for Fund Raisers, and we rent out several items which you may be interested in.

Garter Auction- We have four options available for the garter auction. #1- You can simply toss or fling it. #2- The wedding party can sell tickets for $1 per ticket, and we will draw a winning ticket at a specified time. This has been the most popular way of doing it for the past three years. The wedding party knows everyone there and are able to talk them into buying more tickets. Everyone has the same chance to win the garter, as opposed to the garter moving up the brides leg. We provide the tickets at no extra charge. #3- You may opt to have someone auction off the garter. Most families have an Uncle, Brother, or Friend who knows how to auctioneer. #4- The DJ can auction the garter for you. Usually the groomsmen will walk around with hats collecting the money, while the DJ acts as the auctioneer. (A $20 fee is required for the DJ to auction the garter)

PARTY RENTALS: If you are in need of staging, portable oak dance floor, trees/plants, spotlights, video screens/video projectors, or any other rental needs, we can refer you a great business who takes care of these items.
