I spend most of my time playing with my kids (9 year old daughter, 7 year old daughter and twin sons who are 3), sitting on park benches, taking photos, drawing, reading, listening to music, talking to friends, watching tv, camping, rollerblading...then putting the kids to bed and drinking a glass of wine.
Music
I like anything that makes me happy, inspired, or reminiscent~from rock to country, from alternative to classical.
Movies
I like most movies in their own way. Every creative vision that someone puts on film is usually worth checking out. Here are a few I like: Star Wars, The Green Mile, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Forrest Gump, The Notebook, Good Will Hunting, Moulin Rouge, The Holiday, Jumper...many more...oh, and one of my favorite TV series on DVD: Wonderfalls.
Television
LOST!! Love it, love it! I also watch Survivor, American Idol, 24, Cold Case, Grey's Anatomy, classic TV, but mostly just a ton of cartoons to keep the kids happy...
Books
The Know-It-All One Man's Humble Quest to Become the Smartest Person in the World (by the hilarious AJ Jacobs), Far Pavilions (very long and very good), Street Sparrows (Oliver Twist like), Summer by Edith Wharton, The Harry Potter Series, or anything smart, romantic or witty that keeps me up reading way past my bedtime.
Heroes
My parents...for always allowing me to express myself and not trying to mold me into something I'm not. Even at times when they probably should have.

Yeah some of it. It would have been cooler if James Darling was still playing this year. He retired last year! He's one of Jeffs friends from high school and he played for the Cardnals.
Beautiful Mommies on myspace! Once you've been hit, you have to hit 8 awesome Moms. If you get hit again you will know that you are really beautiful (or just have the same friends as...your friends..)! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, really. But it's always nice to hear that someone thinks you're Beautiful!
Before I was a Mom I never learned the words to a lullaby.
I never thought about immunizations. Before I was a Mom - I had never been puked on. Pooped on. Drooled on. Chewed on. Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night.
I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple little grin. I never sat up for hours watching a baby sleep.
I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom. Before I was a Mom - I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.
I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child. I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important and happy.
I had never known the warmth, The joy, The love, The heartache, The wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom. I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much before I was a Mom.
Send this to someone who you think is a special Mom , I just did. And remember that behind every successful mother... Is a basket of dirty laundry
Yeah, I have yet to master Salsa with the MB. They make it look so easy, but mine always turns out mushy, not chunky. It still tastes good though. I'll let you know if I figure out the trick...you do the same.
Hey, Yes I did. Ive been having problems with it for a year or so now. James was home on RnR and 4 days before he left I was in a lot of pain so I went to the ER. They found a stone over 2cm blocking my bileduct. Next day I was in the OR having it removed. Then today 2 days post-op hubby had to go back to Iraq...What a week this has been. I should be ok. Im healing well. My neighbors are helping out with trash and stuff..Since I cant lift over 10 lbs. I hope you and you family are doing well. Hope your holidays went well and 2009 is being good to you. Oh I should be state side again sometime next year and we are planning on visiting home. I could plan a visit to Idaho! Take Care, Crystal
