Romantacide, a five piece band based on the diversity of music, has grown from four guys playing a talent show to a band that has rediscovered itself entirely. From the ground up, Romantacide has rebuilt itself time and time again. Founding member Josh Wagner anchors the group with an intricate and thunderous prowess behind the drumkit. Bassist/Backup Vocalist Greg Pickett adds the next layer to the foundation Romantacide is so well known for with rhythmic, groove inspired basslines. Founding member Chad Newby boasts a talent for creating original and catchy riffs on guitar. The newest addition, Dustin Taylor, answered the call in late 2008 for the open position of second guitarist. Dustin brings a style entirely his own to the mix, with a solid sense of rhythm and screaming lead lines that complete the formula. All this is complimented by Frontman David Long's powerful, soaring vocals and awe inspiring lyricism. Each member equally skillful in their own right, when combined as one complete unit yields an unforgettable sound that is sure to be ingrained in your memory forever. This is Romantacide.
