BRUSH STROKES is selling strong three years later, because it is a great love story, and most say that, it is just to hard to put down. BRUSH STROKES is a story about a man who gives up on love because of how it has hurt him in the past. His lifestyle and passions let women be near him, but not close, enough to let any new possibility of love take control of him. Nevertheless, love is strange in how it finds its way to us. Yet when it finds us, will we do what it takes to keep it?
In my novel BRUSH STROKES, the main character holds a conversation with you while he tells you his story. All who read this book feel the passion, the sexiness, and know they have read a great story. The story places you in the beautiful Northwest

My glance altered between watching the road and her every move.
She said, “I’m ready. What is it you want me to write?”
Sitting next to you
Smiling wide thinking about you and you only
My inner vision sees deep in you
A window to your beauty only my eyes can see
The sun and you fight for which one shines the brightest
over me
Highlighting amazing expressions of beauty Your aura Wanting God to let me sleep… I want to be alone with dreams of your passionate expression Wanting God to wake me… to see you in my eyes for an eternal dawn seeing your beauty forever
Meeah paused, frozen for the next mile, her eyes cast down, yet with another pensive expression on her beautiful face. I turned the music back up and another mile marker passed. She removed her sandals, and put her heels up on the edge of the seat. Wrapping her arms around her knees, she held on to herself like she was either protecting herself, or holding on to a feeling she did not want to let go of. Laying her head on her knees, she stared at me. Somehow, I was able to watch her root-beer brown toenails wiggling and the oncoming traffic at the same time. Some of her hair blew back with the wind. I felt all possible logic flying out with the wind and love blowing back in.
Well I had a wonderful time meeting Lalah Hathaway, family and friends, they loved my book. There is a passage where a couple falls in love while listening to Donny and Lalah.

I wanted to thank you, but I couldn't explain, what it means to have a friend to share life's joys and pains. It's good to know our friendship is one of endless devotion, forged out of respect and every kind emotion; it's patient and forgiving, never failing or forsaking when a hand is outstretched or a heart is breaking; it's ever faithful even when the world condemns, and sparkles in the darkness like a rare and precious gem.
