I started playing every Tuesday night at the, "Metro Bar & Grill" in downtown "Sacramento". that is where I first met one of my oldest and, dearest friends, "Brian Posehn".
We did lots of comedy and, just hanging out, being friends! Riding around in his red VW bug! It smoked more than a campfire! ....... The picture below, was taken in 2002 at, "The BOARDWALK", in "Orangevale, Ca." We were enjoying a night of metal of, "Death Angel", "Skinlab", & "Irritant"!
ABOVE PHOTO.... LEFT "VIXEN" I opened for them as part of a holiday charity show in late 1990 on the "REV IT UP" tour. Anna and, I had a lot of fun at that show. We went with my friend DAVE the acts included, "The REMBRANDTS", "The JEFF WATSON BAND", "HOUSE OF LORDS" and the great "STEVE MORSE"!..................................................................................................................
ABOVE PHOTO.... RIGHT "Bob Daisley" & "Carmine Appice"... One night in the early '90's, I opened for my friends band at a club in Sacramento. There was only 40 people there. Empty! Turned out my friends band had the great musicians in it, "BOB DAISLEY" & "CARMINE APPICE"! That should not have shocked me, since my friend, was "JEFF WATSON". The whole band, played very well! "BOB'S" bass work that night was excellent! "JEFF" kicked ass on the guitar! I need not say that small crowd or, not? "CARMINE" played on! We all partied into the night and, got heavily buzzed!
