    Haha. I'll be right over! Weather here has been funny. Was like 57 a few days ago, supposed to hit 95 tomorrow, and be upper 70s at weeks end. It's not sure what it wants to do! But one thing... it's not rainy and gray!

    I got there and decided parts of it reminded me why I left the Coast Guard. There's an open door if I want to go back, but I'd prefer to be in Vegas with family right now, even if it means getting paid less.

    Hey man- just wanted to say hello and I hope things are good in Astoria. Looks like the kids should have plenty of snow to play in! We actually got a few snow days here too but only the surrounding mountains show any sign of it still.


    Let me know when you're ready for a Vegas trip!

    You are the only other person i've met who has read--and loves--that Stephen King book Eye of the Dragon. I read in an interview with him years ago that he wrote it for his daughter, who was 12 or so at the time. He said he was tired of writing books that were too scary for his kids to read, so he wrote that one as a bedtime story for her.
    Sweet, huh?
