They met through the Groove Garden record label
in Minneapolis after recording and playing with different soul, hip hop, funk and R & B groups throughout the Twin Cities, including Slug from Atmosphere and even jamming w/ Prince.
Nominated in URB magazine's Next 100 Artists in 2005, they have been recording and performing funky, soulful live House music for the last 5 years out of Minneapolis, MN performing and collaborating w/ Chuck Love and friends. Opening for Kaskade, Miguel Migs & Lisa Shaw, Johnny Fiasco and DJ Heather, they have been featured on numerous compilations. "November Jazz" on Miguel Mig's Salted Music label was featured on DJ Sneak's House of Om last year and the song "Sunrise" was featured on the OM Records "Beached" compilation and Miguel Migs' "24th Street Sounds" on NRK. They also had four songs featured on Gene Farris' "Textures" CD on Farris Wheel Recordings. Roomsa's first full length artist CD entitled "Oceans" will be released 2007 on Aphrodisio Records w/ remixes from Chuck Love, Kaskade and Miguel Migs.

PLAY IT SAFE : Since space confinements wouldn't allow the event to be at the Millennium Hotel again this year, we decided to move the event off-site yet continue to offer the "Safe" option as we have in the past. This year we are happy to announce that the rooms will be $119 at The Millennium (Last year they were $139).
Included with your room cost is unlimited transportation back & forth from the International Market Square via Coach Shuttle buses. The two locations are only a few blocks apart and the buses will be warm and pull up right outside the front door at both locations. Leave the coat in the hotel room if you'd like!
