About me: I ride mx alot ive been doin it a long time i was riding when i was three then i had my first race when i waz 8.Ive just picked up a clothin sponser which iz cool!you should check it out its dodgy-gear.co.uk ... I do ride BMX aswell wid my mates, but motocross is my main interest. I like chillin out wid me mates and my girl! just hangin out...

yeh man ive been looking at cameras today theres a well bad ass 1 that i want but its like £4000 from jessops so im gunna have to start saving some money.
It kinda comes down to if you prefer Nikon or Canon, really. Tell him to get into a local Jessops and give 'em a feel. Either way, the best Nikon or Canon body he can afford, a decent zoom lens and a fisheye should do him. I doubt they'd use slave flashes all that much for motocross?
If I was doing it, I'd go for:
(Best Canon he can afford) Sigma 50mm f2.8 lens Tokina 10-17mm fisheye Sigma 28-105mm lens Sigma EF500DG Super flashgun
