About me:

Photobucket

I have been collecting music for over 25 years and spinning for 17 years. I started spinning reggae on the radio in 1991 on KALX Radio 90.7 FM Berkeley, and had a college radio show I named "Roots Education." I named it this because I feel that reggae music teaches the people about consciousness, our history, and the struggle. This podcast is recorded mostly off of my vinyl. I like to mix classics with obscure underground tracks. I love new conscious music and play whatever people send me that I feel fits within the show's theme.

Roots - Rock -Reggae.

One Aim - One God - One Destiny.

Reggae, roots, and dub podcast on iTunes & Podomatic

Who I'd like to meet:

Independent artists wanting their music to be aired or reviewed.
Send any mp3s for play to vishvamusic at gmail.com. Keep it conscious.
