Greetings!

Roots Factory welcomes the Blackstarliners on the 18th of September.
The Blakstarliners are currently on the road, making a name for themselves on the Dub Steppa circuit. They play their own material live with their energetic live UK dub Sound System. They like to share their own vision of dub with its heavy bass inspired by the brittish masters. T...hey have a sharp sense for feeling the dancefloor, improvisation and a contagious energy ready to cause a dub pandemic. Formerly called the Revelators, the Blackstarliners have been touring together for the past 3 years and have shared the stage with big names of the UK circuit, namely Zion Train , Iration Steppas , The Disciples, Bush Chemists, Vibronics or Jah Tubby's. They are also well respected within the french UK dub scene.
Their vision of dub: a fully live approach (no laptop!) with a lot of energy and where reggae should always be present subliminally: Dub Is Reggae and Reggae is Dub!

The band features Ayato on machines (All analog!), Sista Nice on vocals and Younity on live percussions.

Support on the night by Roots Factory resident selectors.

PLEASE NOTE THE GIG IS EXCEPTIONALLY UPSTAIRS IN BAKER'S!!!

We'll be getting an extra system to make sure the bass hits your chest ;-)

Doors open at 9, and the gig will run until 2:30.
The band will be on around 11 so reach early!

Admission is only 5 euros before 11, and 8 euro after.
We also have a deal for Access All Areas with WTF downstairs in the Underground. Get an AAA pass for 10 euros before 11, and 12 after.

Make sure you invite your friends to this. This is un-missable!!
