Hello, I am ROOTSOLOGY. I was ordained to be a POET since the day GOD said, "Let there be Light"! Aside from that I do other stuff.

So my life story, came into play at the young age of 12. I am the oldest of my siblings who partially share Myspace:

After my father tragically passed away, I fell into a depressed state. As a child at the age of 12, I put away childish things and grew up. My smiles even went away. The only thing that saved ME from ME was writing poems, songs and movies. Now, I am so thankful to GOD that I went down such a hard path in order to be who I am today. As an adult, I am still regaining my childhood back. 90% of the time ,I am enjoying life (cause there is humor in everything) and the other 10% is where I take things seriously. This is where I can relate to Michael Jackson more (remember the movie and what he said?.)
As a kid, I was extremely shy and my mom got me out of that real fast when she started putting me in talent shows, plays, church groups, organizations and things I couldn't pronounce. I was even a runner up with the Hal Jackson Talented Teens in New Orleans. I thought that I was too skinny and ridiculous looking to do any kind of pageants. I was wrong! After Hal Jackson Talented Teens, I was in many more pageants and more pageants after that. Every month I was doing something. Had my father been alive who was a saxophonist in a band and having my mom putting me in several things, I wouldn't have gotten into anything entertainment at all. The two of them, together, would have wore me out.

So later on, I came to Georgia, I saw and I conquered poetry with a band when I met 3 guys Devon, Nebraska and Mike. Together, a band was born called A GROUP CALLED KARMA. We were rock, we were poetry, we were soul, we were jazz, we were ONE. Some called us Digable Planets and others called us Floetry. We could get into any studio and create a full CD of songs within 3 hours. That's including writing the poems out in a format and the band that played behind us was on point. That's how easy we flowed together! We came together years after Digable Planets and years before Floetry. We have 3 CD's that got so many great reviews not only from the masses but from several US Major Record Labels. Want to hear a CD?
