Roots is San Francisco's weekly authentic blues venue, featuring classes from Internationally sought after instructors, Damon Stone and Heidi Fite. We also feature some of the blues scene's best DJs, including our house DJ, Steven Watkins.
Starting in November, Roots will be returning to its full glory as it moves to Saturdays, allowing everyone to get back to dancing to our fantastic DJs. Yes, you heard right, as of the last Saturday in October, Roots is no longer JUST classes. So bring your desire to learn and your ear for amazing authentic blues music and we'll provide the rest.

Did I hear a rumor about a Saturday dance? I would love a nice place to go... possibly in a bar, possibly a place where you have to dress a little nicer. Is there any truth to this?
