Rope Swing Cities is a netlabel/record label launched in September of 2005. Not wishing to be pigeonholed into one genre, Rope Swing Cities instead embodies a musical aesthetic of movement, change, nostalgia and emotion. By offering diverse sounds, ranging from folk rock, to ambient, idm, and minimal techno, Rope Swing Cities hopes to accompany you on all of your journeys, be they introspective hikes through the streets of your home town, quiet evenings at home, or sweaty nights in the club.
