I was born in Guyana and now living in Houston, Tx. I find rhythm to be intoxicating to the soul and thus, I listened to everything and always have a hunger for new music.
The album "Hanging On" was a fun project and I must admit I was a bit nervous too doing something this unique outside my normal job.
These songs were written based on the complexities and the uncertainty of life and came into existence for the sole purpose of connecting with you through a language your soul speaks.
The track: I Will Love You Forever, is a bit dark for most people as I romanticized death and dedicated it to my uncle Rick who was a September 11 victim.
I am involved with the Houston Blues Society which presented to me the opportunity to meet many legendary Blues musicians and some of the coolest people who loves music to the core of their souls.
