About me: Rosa Smith is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified Hypnotherapist and Level 2 Reiki healer.
3 years ago I decided it was time to take control of my life. My journey of self-discovery & development has been long and varied. Along the way I have amassed a wealth of experience applying these new principles to both my business and personal life with tremendous results.
I now rarely longer drink and have stopped smoking. After years of yo yo dieting and failed weight loss attempts the pounds are coming off and staying off. I have even started running - something I felt I could never do and will be running both the Bristol and Cardiff half Marathon's this year.
I have made a major career change and life is moving in a great direction.
My ambition now is to help others see that they CAN live the life of their dreams and live up to their truly amazing potential.
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who wants to improve their life. Whether you are Going great guns and just need someone to keep you on track or if you feel life has no meaning and purpose for you and you are feeling terrible. And anyone in between.
Don't live an OK life. Live a magnificent life. You only get one chance this time round so make it count!
