Rosa Voragine Submersa est un projet fondé en 2007 par Alaedyna Lavin. L'univers dans lequel réside Rosa Voragine Submersa s'inscrit dans une ambiance neo-classique et dark-folk.
Les influences musicales du groupe sont principalement dans le personnage ambigu d'Anna-Varney Cantodea et son projet créé en 1989, Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble Of Shadows auxquels on peut ajouter des morceaux localisés.
