We have no direct influences but try to accumulate as much from everything we hear. You can learn something from everything.
Sounds Like
We have been coined as two main genres: the first being Americana, and the second being A.A.A or triple A, also known as Adult Alternative Acoustic. We think it's appropriate, but our songs are pretty diverse from one another. Our originals incorporate multiple genres but all of them are linked together by being acoustic.
The bands actual formation occurred shortly after Rose and Ben started a relationship. Rose had sung about a year previous to meeting Ben mostly with different house bands through out the Houston Area. Ben on the other hand has been into music his entire life but first learned to play the piano before the guitar. Rose has just turned eighteen years old and has graduated high school. She has now turned her complete attention to music and has already become one of the youngest professional singers in the Houston and surrounding areas. Her voice was honestly a gift from God and after hearing it you would have to agree. Ben has been playing guitar for roughly three years and is currently sponsered by Martin Guitars.
Together, they have already appeared numerous times on the Houston Music scene play weekly at venues in and around Houston area. They recently released their first CD "I Could Never Go" available for purchase on their website at rosaleeandben.com
