-- We grow, dry, and package single dried herbs along with a variety of herb blends. We can cater to your cooking needs and styles by creating a custom blends for your home kitchen or your five star restaurant.
VINEGARS $3.00 each
-- Each Herb Vinegar is infused with that chosen fresh herb for weeks on end to ensure you receive the most flavor content available.
-- Wine Vinegars: For personal usage, we make fruit wines and liquors each year; we use fresh fruit, a mix of sugars, and wild yeast. There a hundred to a thousand types of wild yeast, therefore it’s kind of a gamble on what you create.

About me:
One of the now many rosemary plants in the Rosemary Pete herb garden was dying from constantly not being trimmed and used. After cutting the rosemary plant for the farmer's markets, the plant began to get healthier, thus Rosemary Pete's Herbs began. He started in May of 2006, and of course he started selling only bunches of fresh & dried rosemary. As the weeks progressed, customer’s though loved the fresh and dried rosemary, they sought other herbs too. As demand rose Rosemary Pete started planting more herbs, and tried to diversify the markets with new additions. Rosemary Pete is dedicated to providing Organik -- artificial pesticide and fertilizer free vegetables, greens, fresh and dried herbs, herb teas and plants to the all who seek it.
