    hmmm, dosnt Manic Panic still make that bleack kit with the whitener? that stuff worked amazing for me back in highschool, but that was ten years ago now... it was "Whitener" it came in a bottle and was like a leave in/wash out stuff that took the yellow tinge out of the bleached bits. it was awesome. I used it in my lilly munster streaks hahaha
