Who is Ross Robertson?
I am an amateur music mixer, I say "amateur" cos I don't have any specialised equipment but the raw talent and ideas are there!
One of my mixes is currently being used on the Queen + Paul Rogers tour as the opening intro tape and on the reciently released DVD as the menu music and credits music. (It would have been nice to have gotten some royalty money for it but ho hum...)
While at college, as a side project, I managed to produce a professional looking video of The Royal Family, the Queen tribute band, when they played at the Rothes Halls.
Using four cameras, well three when one packed up, I managed to cobble together a half decent account of that nights cracking gig. There was talk of it getting released but the Bass player quit and then TRF wound down and its memebers moved on to other things. Pity.
For my day job, I am fully qualified in Radio and Television for any number of jobs both in front of and behind the camera and/or microphone.
