I have several interests, but nothing compares to spending time with my beautiful wife and kids (and my two dogs of course). I also enjoy reading, writing, teaching, working out, competing in almost anything, and hot/sunny weather!
As for sports, combat sports are definitely at the top of the list, whether it is boxing or MMA, I just can't get enough. I'm also a big baseball fan (Go Red Sox!).
I also enjoy living. Too many people in this world let time slip away. We only have one shot at life, and this world doesn't include a pause or rewind button. I'll sleep when I'm dead. While I'm alive, I will cram as much into each day as possible. Forget about growing old and harping on what coulda, shoulda, or woulda been. If you want something, go get it and don't let the haters hold you down. Life's too short, so take risks and never settle!

whats up ross? just a quick thing i wanted to ask. med ball slams... ive been using the heaviest ones we have at the gym but they all bounce pretty good and i dont feel like im getting much from it. ive even tried it in the grass with the same problem. what can i do? ive been replacing them with kettlebell swings
