Bio

Zespól ROTENGEIST powstal pod koniec 2005 roku w Przemyslu. Zalozycielem zespolu jest Piotr Winiarski (gitara/wokal). Od poczatku dzialalnosci zespól skupil sie na tworzeniu wlasnej muzyki. Poczatkowo grupa funkcjonowala bez wokalisty i po prawie 2 letnim okresie bezowocnych poszukiwan gardlowego funkcje ta objal gitarzysta zespolu. W tej roli absolutny debiut... Pod koniec 2006 roku zespól decyduje sie na nagranie swojego pierwszego demo. Z powodu ograniczonych funduszy decyzja pada na samodzielna realizacje materialu. Tego trudnego zadania podejmuje sie perkusista zespolu Ziemowit Gawlik. Dzieki dobremu wyczuciu i sporej jego wiedzy w materii oprogramowania material brzmi zadowalajaco dobrze.

Na poczatku 2009 roku zespól rejestruje swój pierwszy album "Fear is the Key". Plyta zostaje wydana przez Propaganda Promotions jesienia tego samego roku.

Rotengeist band was formed at the and of 2005 in Przemysl. The founder of the band was Piotr Winiarski (guit./voc.). From the beginning of its existence we focused on creating our own music. At first our band didn’t have any vocalist and after almost 2 years of fruitless searching our guitarist decided to function as a vocalist. He was a complete amateur, but now … ;) At the end of 2006 our band recorded its first demo CD. Because we hadn’t get enough financial means we decided to record this material by ourselves. Drummer Ziemowit Gawlik obliged to carry this burden. Thanks to his musical sense in the area of software this material sounds quite good…

At the beginning of 2009 band recorded full length album "Fear is the Key". Release by Propaganda Promotions.
