About me:
Rouge is set to become Chester’s sexiest night out. Starting on Thursday July 6th and running every first Thursday of the month. Hosting the event is Witt Design and Loaf, one of the city’s leading style bars, and the perfect setting for ROUGE. The concept of the night is of pure seduction and relaxation. “You wouldn’t believe this was loaf” commented Rachel, Chester. Every effort is put into the decoration and transformation of Loaf. From hundreds of candles to hanging lanterns, this can only be seen to be believed. Beautiful and inspiring. But of course your thinking this can’t be free, well yes, there is a door charge. £1 !!!!! and that INCLUDES a free shot of alcohol !!!!!!! Were not here to make a profit, we just want to share our idea of the perfect bar. All the money will be poured back into the project, so that it’s not the same every month. This is an exciting venture, and is not seen anywhere else in Chester.
